The first known "All Worshipful Master", Master Degree was held at
Tekamah Lodge # 31, Tekamah, Nebraska on Saturday July 24th 2004.
Worshipful Master Ron Grass was the instigator of this degree.

Master Masons Degree. Tekamah Lodge #33 provided refreshments
That’s why they came! The Candidate, Brother Adam Goll of Lincoln,
Nebraska (pictured on the left, white apron) received an unusual Bible
signed by all Worshipful Masters, Lodge members and visiting brethren.
